Assembled garages have pressure treated wooden floors, and are fully pre-built in our shop, and delivered to the site in one piece. Making it very cost effective, but they are limited in size for hauling purposes. They can not exceed 40ft in length and 14ft in width.

Modular Garages are mostly pre-built in our shop. They are typically delivered in two sections and are assembled together on site. Making them more cost effective than a built on site garage. There is no need to break your budget on a concert pad, because Modular Garaged are built with a durable presser treated wooden floor. Only a stone pad is need for prep work before your garage is delivered. However modular garages are limited in size for hauling/deliver reasons. They can not exceed 40ft in length and 28ft in width.
